Property Registration Database?

Is there any sort of property registration database or public record that could be accessed online based on someones name or DOB? Or would you need to go to the palacio in city that it is registered to access it?

Someone told me something like 'INVIZ', but I don't think that is the correct or maybe it is spelled wrong as I cannot find anything via google.
