Hi every one,
I own a house and a 3appartement house, cant afford paying someone to look after my proprety, paying rent in DR with no work down there.

So if theres anyone from here that living in DR and have the needs to come back here for a while or to relocating get me back.

Many options can be available.
Ive good background in realestate and as construction skilled, i can renovat youre house in DR if needed for a better profit or just for a quick sale.

Hey Yanick ,

Are you living in the DR now? I am from Montreal ( currently living in NB ) and I am thinking of coming to DR for a month, where in DR are you? do you know anyone whos renting appartments in Punta Cana or bavaro?

Hello Yanick,

I am also looking to relocate to DR. I will need a cheap furnished apartment in Bavaro. Let me know if you have anything in that part of town.

I think the OP wants to rent his apartments/ house in Montreal so he can come live in the DR.

While in DR he wants to house sit for someone else and or do repairs and upgrades to a place here in exchange for rent.

I THINK that is what he tried to say.;););)
