Greetings:

I'm hoping that someone can help me figure out the actual name of this little song and/or help me to remember the rest of the words. It's a childhood song from what I remember, but I racking my brain trying to put bits and pieces of it together. It goes something like this:

[Can't remember how it starts off]

Con otro amante
El campo visitaba
Ante la vieja tumba
Todos se reian

Con otro amante
El campo visitaba
Ante la vieja tumba
Todos se reian

Cojan ejemplo
Hombres de este mundo
No crean en mujeres
Ni tampoco en amigos

El amigo tuyo
Un beso en el bolsillo(?)
Una mujer amada
Su madre querida

Thanks!

My husband doesn't know the song, but says in that last stanza it's got to be
'un peso' not ' un beso' -

Thank you.

It starts out with something about a woman at the cemetary crying when they bring the cross or something like that. Ugh! I'm so mad I can't remember.

Oh

Just read the link (only scimmed it the first time)... so I retract my last comment... it wasn't saying that M and A song it... just had a woman singing the song for entertainment... makes me want to figure it out even more
