Bingo for non-profits

I have been looking at the board but I do not see the answer I need.

Can a foundation hold bingo on a regular basis such as three nights a week or are there limits.

Can someone please give me a brief rundown on raising funds for nonprofits, such as raffles, bingo, etc...
