Another killing in Juan Dolio

Was just informed that they have killed the operator of the 2 Western Union offices in Juan Dolio. Apparently they killed him in the Villas del Mar location right next to Gulia cafe.
Have known the man myself for several years and he was always very pleasant to deal with, something I can't say about his children but that's another story.
Don't have more information, Matilda, you know more?

Western Union deals with everybody, what are you trying to say?
I have received a PM from a forum member saying that the victim was severely beaten and then taken inside and shot in the head.
That doesn't sound like the MO of a Haitian crime.
Anybody else have some info?

Desconocidos matan administrador agencia de envi de valores

For those who do not speak spanish, he was killed in his apartment, not shot, but beaten to death, money was found in his car, two people are helping police with their enquiries. The news is also in the San Pedro on line blogs

How awful. It must be pretty scary though running something like a Western union as people know you have money on hand and access to it. A pretty sure way to become a target to some desperate people. Very sad.
