Hi, my name is Omar Jung, Korean businessman.
I will go to Dominican republic soon and make a company.
I am considering of its format as a private company (only my own company), not stock company ( ex, C por A ).
Is it possible thing ?
And I'd like to know the period for establishing of company and its expense.
Do I have to take a helpfulness from lawyer ?
In that case, how much is that fee ?
Also, one more thing, I'd like to know leasing fee of ground space in Santo Domingo. About 300 M2 area.
