Hola,
I would like to know the consequences when applying for a resident card if she had a minor criminal record 20 years ago, like shoplifting and not showing up in court? Would they know since it is not a major offence?
Would they still issue a resident card or simply have the Policia come to her house here in DR and deport her to her country?
She has been living here for 2 months and want to be a legal resident before the 3 months tourist grace expire.
I would appreciate any information you can provide me.
