Hi. The Renaissance is just within the gated community of Pro Cab. To get to the main street of Cabarete is a 2 minute walk (you can actually see main street from the front of it). It has security and is gated as well. Can't get much closer to the main street than that. There are noise by-laws in place so the noise from motos and music is restricted. It used to be a hotel but it was converted to condos a few years back. I have a place in Pro Cab too.
One of my friends is staying there and tells me that the new casino is pretty close to the complex and the parking lot can get pretty loud late at night.
