Mobile Broadband Question

Hi everyone. I shall be coming to Playa Dorada this summer. Unfortunately I have to work for about an hour a day during my vacation so I need to have broadband for my laptop. In the past I have used the connection in the various hotels I have been in but apart from one in Samana most of them have been of very poor quality.

I wonder if there is anywhere that I can purchase a mobile broadband dongle for use when I arrive so that I can get a good connection.
