Colonial Santo Domingo

I need help from someone who can help me answer a question. I am trying to find out if the Hostel Nicolas de Ovando is still in operation as a hotel. I see on several different sites that it has been renovated and is an operating hotel; however, I cannot find a listing. We have stayed there several times and want to stay there again. It is listed on the map of the Colonial zone, but I can't find out if it is still a hotel. Does anyone know? Please contact me directly as I don't check the boards very often. BRochevot@aol.com
