if you want the heads up on those cars you have to go to the Holden website. Holden is the GM subsidiary in Australia and what you are seeing are badge engineered cars for the world market. Or they are built in South America for the GM market there. In Brazil the company is simply called Chevrolet not General Motors. But all in all there is a uniform product lineup amongst the general purpose cars with Chevy being the main distribution name and select division names only exisiting in specific markets.
And to answer your question, there are no good shops. The dude who had a good shop left last month for Canada. So now aall you have are vultures and idiots.
Yes, he's gone but there was a suggestion here a long time ago about a fellow in Nagua, behind the Texaco station.... Che by name.
I forget who it was who put his name on here...
Anyway, I went there,,.... he is trained and certified in NY state, speaks English and seems to know what he's doing.
He taught me a little Spanish........
I had a blower problem w/ my air conditioning fan...... I studied up my dictionary - ventilador....
Oh he says, your engine must overheat.... no, I insist (insisting on practising my Spanish)
We go on and on until he finally gets it.....
Oh, says he..... "el blower"............ so much for my dictionary...
Just like the weed whacker....... "el trimmer"
