Fastest way to send documents to DR

I need to send documents to Santo Domingo....which is the most reliable: UPS, FedEx or DHL when it comes to having documents deliverd.

Any of them. FedEx has a fair rep. Depends on where and who you are sending them to...

~I have used FedEx...sent it Standard Express...took 3 days and cost about $50.00 for a regular Letter size envelope..from US to PUJ.

Ok, so I shipped the documents yesterday afternoon (thursday). I called FedEx and UPS...FedEx said it would arrive in santo domingo friday afternoon and they will deliver it by monday, UPS said it would get to santo domingo friday morning and be delivered by the end of day. The envelope was in the hands of my friend by 4 pm friday, I guess i am sticking with UPS for future packages...not bad for $50.00
