Where exactly is plaza international in santiago
At last a request for one of the only two landmarks I know in Santiago - Plaza International is almost directly across the dual carriageway from Union Medica (hospital) - on the left from the approach I take to Santiago via Moca.
Hartley: As you go by the Gran Almirante, going South, stay on the right. There is a rather long light at 27 de Febrero (KFC). As you cross that intersection, go to the left, under the "elevado"....at the next light (BurgerKing/Codetel), turn left.
At the first light on Juan Pablo Duarte, turn right and either park on the street or go left and underground for parking.
