New Cops to patrol the cities and replace the rotten apples...
Yep more police on the streets means more harassment to the general peaceful population, more corruption, more extortion, more drug selling puntos, etc. I wish at a minimum they would change that stupid ugly uniform which makes them look like a gang full of thugs to begin with. A throw back to Trujillo's era.

I think I spotted an incar computer there, that is a new thing (or I have never seen incar computers) and will make for a lot more arrests and fines (or bribes) now if they are able to make checks on a database, is that a good thing? we'll have to wait and see as I'd imagine there be more cock ups than anything else, technology in the hands of these lot,,,,,?,,,,,, not sure about that, but we'll see. Agreed on the comment about the Banana Republic Uniform style. Did the US donate a UAV to continue the failed war on drugs?
