I heard today that there will be a black out of incoming/outgoing calls to the island this weekend. Any details?

CODETEL says international phone service will be limited between 6pm Saturday and some time Sunday evening due to need to make repairs on undersea cable between DR and PR, which is our link to the world. They say this will especially effect internet use, but that phone calls will probably not be interrupted. We'll see.
