New Park in Sosua that opened up in Aug-what is name of hotel across the street

This past August there was a grand opening of a park in Sosua. There was a hotel right across from it (I heard it has 3 room suites-and I believe it was blue). Does anyone know the name of the hotel/villa. And if so does it have a website and/or phone number.
