Land in Boca Chica

I looked at a small lot just outside of Boca Chica about 80ft by 25 ft in size priced at RD$25,000.. approx US$1,500. Its north off the highway probably about 10-12 blocks where many partially finished block homes are. Electricity and water are near. Nothing fancy just a place to build a simple block home. Does this sound in line?? The owner says its a good price and there is not much any cheaper. he will also pay for the lawyer to draw up papers.

Hi. Look this lot in my opnion doesn't have any legal papers. BE CAREFUL!!! With false papers...There are many out there now.

Be wise and look for a trustfull lawyer.

That's a very good price, probably because it is such a narrow lot and very deep in that new development (they get cheaper when farther from the highway). I know the area. Frankly, I'm surprised they'd sell a lot that narrow in that area. There are some very nice homes going up there.
