Notary and Certified copies in san fransico de macoris

Hi everyone,

Where can I get a letter notarized and a birth certificate copied, but the copy has to be certified, and I then have to mail the notarized letter and the certified birth certificate copy to the states.

I'm not familiar with places in San Fransico, can anybody help me.
