Default Voting in the Dominican Republic election from the U.S.?

How does my wife vote in the election in the D.R. if she is here in Miami? Is there a website where she can get this info? Thanks!

yes she can vote. The website is that of the Central Electoral court - Junta Central Electoral de la República Dominicana - JCE > Portada

And the page she needs is JCE | Voto Dominicano en el Exterior > Oficinas

SHe has to hurry and call the Consulate at Miami to register in the voting Padron. I think the last date is February 18 to do this outside the DR.

    MIAMI, FLORIDA
I got this from Google, don't know if it is accurate:
    Dominican Consulate Miami
    Address: 1038 Brickell Avenue
    Miami, Florida 33131
    Phone: (305) 358-3220
    Fax: (305) 358-2318
