Just a quick question to get a feel for the extra cost of taxes, lawyers, title transfer, survey and searches etc. to the buyer.
Assume a US$50k price, I read there is a 3% tax based on official government value (normally half of actual price, so off $25k), that is about $750 that normally buyer pays.
Then what is the approximate cost for the rest, lawyer, title, survey, search etc...... assuming a private sale (no agency).
