The Consular Section is pleased to announce the integration of the American Citizens Services (ACS) unit, to the Consular Public Liaison Hub effective May 1, 2012. The purpose of the ACS integration to the Hub is to improve the quality of customer service to American citizens provided by the Consular Section. All inquiries and communication regarding American Citizens Services will be processed by this unit. The Public Liaison Hub will respond to email inquiries within two business days. After May 1, 2012, please send any inquiries to SDOAmericans@state.gov.
