Not sure if it is the same one who tried it with us like 6 month ago here in Bavaro... The face looks similar though. Have to wait for my wife that she can have a look at the picture.

Anyone who has been scammed by this guy should tell the authorities. It's unlikely it will get your money back but it will help dig the hole for him a little deeper!

It is worth considering that there are many that have been booted off the force and still carry an ID, when you speak to them check the date has not expired, although I am not sure how often they are renewed.
