There are not too many decent places for $30 left in B.C.
Casa Coco is a decent place for $30-$35/night, great breakfast.
Club Rolling Stone may have a room for $35, right on the beach, next to my favorite bar, The Boat House.
I also recommend Hotel Candil for about $35, and Costalunga for $40.
