My wife and I will be in Sousa for two weeks beginning Feb 23rd. I beleive I have narrowed my search to one of two condos. Las Galerias or Las Balcones.
Can anyone provide me the pros and cons one vs the other?
I am having some difficulty finding a contact at Las Balcones to inquire about availability. If anyone could send me contact information that would be greatly appreciated.

I stayed in Los Balcones in Sosua a couple of years ago and it was great: right by the beach, quiet (at the time the park next to it wasn't built yet, so not sure how that changed now), short distance to restaurants and PC. The condo I stayed in was gorgeous : 2 or 3 bedrooms, split level, large corner balcony and another outdoor space on the roof, fully equipped kitchen, lots of space, great furniture and decorations. Contact Regina Bockhart, regina@northbeachmanagement.com - they manage several units there.

@VJS - The park is in front of Las Terrezas not Los Balcones, Los Balcones is on La Puntila.

Been there, done that.
The two listings on VRBO no longer exist even though they turn up a search return.
Caribean Dreams does not have occupancy for the time period I am looking for. I think they only have one or two units there.
I have not tried North Beach MGMT yet but will do so.

Based on the VJS experience I will expand my search to Las Terrezas as well. Thx.
Hispaniola Real Estate has rental listings in all of these complexes as well.

La Puntilla de Rosa is next door to Los Balcones on the Ocean.
El Neptuno is also quite nice, not directly on the ocean, but in La Puntilla area.

Has anyone stayed in the Las Galerias condo's in Sosua?
Does they have direct access to Playa Alicia?

Way too confusing.
I do not believe this complex is on Playa Alecia, Isn't it next door to SBTS?
Las Terrazas is on Playa Alecia.

Las Terrazas is on Playa Alecia.

Yes, I have read that Las Galerias is between Casa Marina and Sousa By The Sea.
I will take it by your response that there is no access to Playa Alecia.

Playa Alecia is 1/2 mile West from there. It is not a continuous beachfront from SBTS beach (Playa Imbert) and Playa Alecia.
You can see the coastline on GOOGLE MAPS. If you want to be on Playa Alecia, rent in Las Terrezas.

OK. I had been to GOOGLE MAPS already. Las Galerias is not yet identified there. If I have my bearings correct it appears to me that Las Galerias would be on the stretch of beach between Sousa By The Sea and Casa Marina.
Does that beach have a name other than Playa Alecia, or am I completely out to lunch and there is no beach access at all?

I need to learn to read better. You answered my question.Thank You.
I am interpreting this as Las Galerias is on Playa Imbert.

Technically, Playa Imbert is to the right of SBTS, to the right of the helipad.
It's very clearly marked on GOOGLE Earth.

To repeat, Playa Alecia is way to the left of Casa Marina, at the bottom of Calle Dr Stern, marked as Parque Mirador on GOOGLE MAPS.

What are you confused about?

It has direct access to a very nice beach, don't remember the name. It's the same beach as Casa Marina Beach uses.
