From previous responses, DSL is available (digital subscriber line for Internet access), DSS (Digital Satellite Service) is not. If you scan the archives, Satellite service for TV has been discussed and people have pointed out upcoming services but I haven't personally seen it. All the businesses I've seen that have access to special TV programming have big dishes and/or cable.
