Learning Spanish/English in Santiago?

My wife wants to learn Spanish.

She only has free time during when our son's in school so she is available from 8AM to 11AM.
She is not looking into going to college or anything.
She just wants to what other person is talking about and answer back.
She speaks very little English and zero French.
Safety comes first then price after.
I really don't care if she has a hard time learning Spanish as for some learning new language is very challenging.

What are the options in Santiago? School or tutor? Any recommendations?
