A few years ago I was in Cabarete for the weekend of the 4th and Lifestyles put on a concert on the beach(I forget the name of the band but they had a very large crowd) and had fireworks and such and I was wondering if anything like that is planned in Punta Cana for the 4th of July this year? Or any kind of celebration for us American vacationers during the 4th of July?

wasn't going to stay at a resort was going to rent a condo but was hoping to see some kind of celebration in the area. If not its ok i'll be in the DR that alone is enough, the fireworks would have been icing on the cake.
