Activating a GMS phone at the Sto Dgo airport for one week of use

Hi,
Does anyone know if Orange or any other DR GSM carrier allows the activation for one week of a GMS phone at Las Americas airport? If they do not, would you happen to know where in San Pedro de Macoris or in Hato Mayor can it be activated and which carrier?
