Info on the Cancilleria in Santo Domingo

Does anyone know the working hours of Cancilleria?

I need to have a document (driver's license) by my consulate , then certified by Cancilleria but I can't find anything on the web, not even on the MIREX site. I found an address on Calle Ingeniero Hu?scar Tejada and George Washington which I hope is correct for this type of 'tramite'.

Thanks. May I ask where do you see that on their webpage? I can't find it and I found an old page that says they work afternoons only.
