Road San Jos? Ocoa to Contanza

In an other message, someone said that he thought that this road wasn't suitable at all in this moment even for a 4WD.
Is it still the case?
Can someone confirm before we go?

hey, i've just recently came from DR, and i went to Constanza and for me it was one of the most terrible drives in the country, you have to go up a dangerous mountain that the roads are extremely dangerous and then down the other side to actually get to Constanza, but if u are with an experience driver its ok, but if u are afraid of height, i dont recomend.
