"For profit" private detention centers with Congressionally mandated minimum occupancy requirements of somewhere along the order of 33,000 beds filled every night at final count. LE in some places is being reprimanded for not packing them in fast enough. Wackenhut went from being a physical security contractor at federal installations to being (now G4S Government Solutions) a private military and prison firm with no public oversight. Tens of thousands of civilians dressed in black BDU's being transported in privately owned helicopters, planes and ships, capable of armed assault by air land and sea. It is the world's leading private security company but there is a crowded field. These companies house enough political prisoners to make Gitmo look like a small joke and there is no press coverage allowed.
Not only are they paid to incarcerate detainees and convicts, they sell their labor out to other firms as well as having deals with telecom, logistics and financial wire service companies to gouge the families and loved ones of those held in captivity.
Trust me, anytime some politician uses the words "National Security" and "Illegal Immigration" in the same sentence, they're getting kickback from the profiteers of fear. It's the new slave trade and it's an equal opportunity oppressor. They don't care what your race, religion, national origin, gender or sexual orientation is. All it takes is the cooperation of a few (thousand) corrupt local judges and you, too can be a guest of the State.
Less money for schools means more for penitentiaries and once they build the beds, keeping them filled beyond capacity is the main order of business. This is the culture being exported to the Dominican Republic.
Is there a giant leap from having US TSA, Customs & Immigration in certain countries to facilitate checks to actual Border Patrol?
Pichardo, as far as I know, "The Nation" is also in favor of having Haiti and the Dominican Republic become one country so that Haitians can have a better life.
U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) is now under DHS, as is U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) and the Transportation Security Administration (TSA). They are just 3 of many tentacles of a very scary monster which has managed to consolidate the investigative and enforcement arms of other Departments of government under one roof as a result of 911 and the mismanagement of intelligence which preceded and might have possibly prevented that tragedy.
They (DHS) also snatched the U.S. Coast Guard away from the Department of Transportation, U.S. Secret Service from Treasury and the National Nuclear Secutiry Administration away from the Department of Energy, so we have in effect 2 U.S. Militaries, one under DHS and the other, DOD. The FBI and DEA (Dept. of Justice) are operating overseas as well. Anyone see where I'm going with this? The USA could (and does) wage a war, could (and does) colonize a foreign country and could (and does) direct the economic fortune/ misfortune of friend/ foe nations without waking up a single General in the middle of the night.
ICE, alone has employees stationed in 47 different foreign countries (according to their website, maybe more in reality).
It's the New World Order unfolding in front of our very eyes and that ain't no conspiracy theory. It's a conspiracy fact. Haiti, with its lack of resistive power or will and its total dependency upon foreign intervention just to survive is a perfect training ground for the newest badass on the block (DHS).
When DHS opened up and started hiring, all the scariest people I know, Fed's and Contractors alike, ran over there to get in on the ground floor.

That's half the popcorn they feed to the chickens (roughly half the population) who prefer it.
The other half of the population is pining away at the thought that the other items in the bill of rights which don't include guns have also been successfully compromised if not eradicated completely.
As for poster boys for the NWO, feel free to pick one.
