Apparently this means the partially constructed building at entrance to Sosua Beach is being abandoned.

At the bend of the street Pedro Clisante, right in front of the closed nightclub High Caribbean, they are currently building a police station for the tourist police. The idea is to locate a division of the Cestur, so the tourist police, in the new office. The municipal government wants to make Sos?a safer for tourists. For this they want the police to patrol more frequently the bystreets of the seaside resort. The complaint was that the police do patrol the bars, but the rest of Sos?a is left back. From the new police station, the officers are supposed to patrol and bring safety to the bystreets as well.
