Have you tried contacting their Real Estate department? They have an office in the shopping plaza. I don't have the number for that office but if you call 809-959-2714 they should be able to either connect you or provide you with the number.
If you're in the area, it's worth driving around to see what's available. A few houses have "for rent" signs so you may be able to rent directly from the owner. I saw one that said "For rent direct from owner" yesterday on Calle Cayena or Amapola.
