The past government leadership behaviors are causing the people to look in new directions, no matter how misguided. The shrinking middle class and the poor getting poorer would motivate those groups to seek new avenues of relief even if was provided from the devil himself.

i disagreee with that position. Dominicans will bawl bloody murder for 4 years, but when the election silly season comes around, they sell their cedula for 500 pesos. they want change, but they don't want to work to effect it. so, every day you hear the same old "la cosa ta mala",day in, day out.
