Rock Armour for Break water construction

Looking for help finding a supplier or quarry in DR preferebly near Barahona ( for shipping) that quarries basalt or other dense hard rock for rock armour and underlayer ( angular). For new terminal in Limon,Costa Rica. Bargine estimated 12,000Mt per week. Any help or direction greatly appreciated.

Stone would be either certified by recognised lab or we would have it done ( methylene blue etc).
