Very quiet, breezy, nice pool area, generator, on site laundry, and good water supply. Also walking distance to Super Polo, close to highway, and not far from Sosua center. It has five apartment blocks with nice garden setting, a property supervisor, along with pretty good security. Would suggest a higher unit if you are alone or with a spouse, as each apartment has some nice balconies. If you need a rental contact, or any other info, feel free to pm me.

The Trade Winds are a nice place. I looked at a condo there.
