I like Alicia Ortega and Noticias SIN, they broadcast live with feed on their website Mon-Fri at 2 and 10 (Dominican time)

RNN also live streams their broadcasts www.rnn.com.do though I don't watch them as much so don't know the exact times of their broadcast schedule, plus Noticias 16 http://www.noticias16.com/ Others have given you link to CDN which is the most complete news in my opinion, CDN and Noticias SIN are most comprehensive broadcasts.
