health tip. you should only stay in a hot tub.steam room or a suna for 15 mins,if you over do it you can sweet out you potassium and and this is what helps control you hearth rhythm and when you loose to much potassium it will kill you,it dose not happen all at once it can take 3 or 4 months but if you do not eat enough fruits to replace it ,I know I spent 2 days in the hospital to have it replaced,it was down to 2,0 and it is suppose to be 3.8 to 4.8 so just a heads up be careful,it can sneak up on you,it did me
