Does anyone know if the Taino Park Museum on the road between Sanchez and Samana is still in existence?

I stopped about one year ago and it was closed for renovations. Not sure if it ever reopened.

This was a great museum. Last I spoke to the manager (a few months ago), the owner past away, wife didn't want to have it anymore and it was sold to a group in punta Cana.
