    Default Problems with a/c

We have in one room a AUX gold premium a/c with a yk-f/001 remote control. Suddenly the rc doesnt go below 24 degrees. Is there a way to reset?

Look for a small hole that may or may not be labelled "reset". Probably on the back of the remote or in the battery compartment. Using a paperclip, depressing the recessed button for 10 seconds should reset the remote.

If you can't find a reset, try removing the batteries for a couple of minutes.

That means it is too cold outside and the hypothermia-protection is activated....

Do you have it in the correct mode? As in cooling?

    Is it working again?

Any indication on the lcd screen that the remote is locked?

Try pressing the temp up and down buttons at the same time and holding them for 2 or 3 seconds.

No not yet. No indication and your trick didn't work either. Have to order a new control probably.

Try changing the batteries in the remote. If that doesn't work it's either a circut board problem or your low on gas.
