I know its a lot, but I do not pay that much. I put a lot of research into it. Checking out all the fancy ingredients in the expensive pre and etc. workout products and went ahead to buy those I considered useful in bulk in powderform, mixing my own. (If you are not picky about the taste, you can do it too...
).
