I would like to find an English-speaking attorney in Santiago, one for residency and family law questions. Or seperate attornies for each, if necessary.

For residency it's better to find a lawyer in Santo Domingo since that's where the Immigration Office is. As for a family lawyer, I'd recommend Stanley Hernández (809-973-0007),
I used a lawyer in Santiago for my first residency. She may speak English, not sure, but likely. Her name is Dolly Cabrera, phone (809) 974-3360. She also does some family law, as she mentioned she was working on some divorces back then.
