It's been iff-y a lot lately. We had had such a good run of days/weeks/months without, but that kind of luck doesn't last. Not here. I'm never sure if it's all of Sosua or just my building (because there are some strange infrastructure decisions made in my Hole in Hell building....) but at least I know all the places with inverters, so I sling my trusty Mac into a bag and head out so I can monitor the Meemselle Empire.
Maybe we're going back to the days of about 4 years ago when Sosua and surrounding environs were on a rolling schedule of planned outages. I myself could never keep track of whether we were in a week of M/W/F mornings or T/Th/Sa afternoons (shoyn) but my illiterate one-handed Haitian security guard always knew.
I was in Playero earlier this afternoon, and the lights went off and came on 3x in the 40 minutes I was there.
