In reading my various car forums...
Care of windshield wipers came up....
something in this country is important.... or will be after the drought
Wipers pick up dirt on almost every wipe..
Obviously, keep a clean windshield & clean the blades
Using a vinegar wipe for the blades gives a good cleaning... easy
Maintaining the rubber is Step 2... Vaseline is the ticket
Today, I used cocoa butter... no Vaseline in this house.... (hold the rude comments)
Anyway .. just a tip
The other thing I have embraced in NoAmerica is the waterless car wash
It is from the airplane industry.. applies a thin ceramic type coating that repels dirt
Their tire spray is a flat black finish that repels dirt
Pretty handy... with or w/o water
