Hey everyone, I will be in Santiago from Sep3rd-14th and I was hoping to go to Sousa or Cabarete for some snorkeling and windsurfing. I have to take care of some business till the 8th but I am free after then so if anyone is going to be in the neighborhood then please reply to this post. Thanks....
