I'll be traveling to Santo Domingo on July 23-27, 2003. Does anyone know what Merengue groups will be playing and in what hotels for the Merengue Festival. Has anyone been to Santo Domingo in the past for the Merengue Festival? Don't know quite what to expect. Thanks!
