help

Hey could the fact that my uncle was under survilence by the govt. in Santo Domingo have anything to do with the fact that I can't get any info about him? He died mysteriously in 1992, but we didn't get any info until 1993, we don't know how he died and we don't know where he is buried. My grandmother died not knowing and was informed by the govt. that it would not be to her advantage to return to Santo Domingo. Could someone please help me?????
