Could someone please give me a short break trough of the process and requirements of founding a company and incorporating it ? Im not coming from the US so im alittle unfamiliar with the whole thing I am sorry to say.
A low-down on the formaleties around renting office space would also be superb! is there any good realtors in santo domingo online ?
