but, seriously, a photo could hardly do the place justice. You're almost a mile above sea level. You just have to be there to believe the view. The best, I think, is to get there in time to watch the sunset, which is beautiful most nights, and then just sit out there on the veranda, have some refreshments, and watch Santiago just "light up" below you. It's a fantastic view of a fantastic city. I didn't eat much in the restaurant so I can't recommend anything, but do ask for Rafaelito. He's a waiter there and he'll take good care of you. Enjoy.
