I just read the article concerning abortions in the news. The article stated that the estimated number of abortions in the DR is 250 per day? Article went on to state that the actual number could be double or triple that? That seems extremely high for such a small country. At 250 per day, you are talking about close to 100,000 abortions per year. Seems like an awfully high number.
